No Answer lot barred by wrecked cars and trucks
"Had a car (Saturn Ion) towed by Loyalist City (for A Lot of Autos) when I went to collect my money( twice within business hours) they were closed and blockaded. They wouldn't answer the phone. I guess I'll have to report it stolen as they don't have any paper work to claim it is theirs."
