Part orded and waiting for replament
"I do not know what is taking so long to get a part for a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. The first part I was sent was for a 201. Original order was placed on 4/11/18. It is now 7/26/18 and I still have not received the correct replacement part yet. I have talked with at least 6 or more people, or passed from one person to another. I have given I & I one more chance to correct this, and if not done I will take another route. "
