Arrogant - Terrible Customer Support
"I'd leave zero stars if I could. Got a used seatbelt assembly from them on eBay. It arrived locked up tight. They insisted there was no way their used seatbelt was defective and implied that I didn't know how to work a seatbelt. Really? They said to return it, then denied the return and ghosted me! I filed a PayPal claim to get part of my money back. Purchase price incl. shipping was $78 (USD). Return shipping $45. Lots of BS in an unscrupulous business deal. Buyers beware..."
