Customer treatment
"Very rude when you return part. They charge 25% to return the part you paid for plus sales tax. When ask about sales tax to be returned, told me to just eat the sales tax after taking their 25% out of what I payed. When ask if all customers were treated that way, was told only jerks like you. I only wanted what I thought was coming to me. Very unprofessional to say least."
