"After assurance that they had the part, confirmed by part number, model, year, and knowledge of the OEM part price, I agreed to a purchase. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. It was ready as promised, but in 1/2 second of seeing the items, I could tell they were wrong. The man that was to hand them to me acknowledged that they were wrong. My credit card was begrudgingly refunded, I got an insincere and nonchalant "sorry", and off I went. "
